If you’re looking for the man or woman of your dreams, remember that pheromones in your body scent are playing an important role in mate attraction. People who use commercial pheromone oils, colognes and sprays claim that products they use increase their attractiveness to members of the opposite sex. Users of human pheromone products report that other people pay more attention to them and are generally more friendly to them.

The common types of human pheromones are:

Androstenone – which is predominantly known as a male pheromone. It typically creates a dominant and intimidating aura. This pheromone can cause people to act more polite to the wearer.

Androstenol signals sociability. It is produced in fresh sweat. This pheromone is reported by some women to be sweet-smelling. Androstenol makes the wearer seem more approachable and friendly,

Androsterone creates an aura of protection and reliableness and makes the wearer appear to be more masculine. Also, it enhances the effect of other pheromones in a pheromone mix.

Androstadienone is also called the “love pheromone” because of the nature of the feelings and responses it induces in people.

Copulins are female pheromones. They can increase testosterone levels in men.

Some of the lesser known human pheromones are estratetraenol and androstadienol.
